Information we process

We process your email address, workspace membership, public wallet addresses, imported transactions, business documents, counterparties, decision notes and audit events to provide the service. Do not upload private keys or seed phrases. Your transaction records and document notes may contain business or personal information; only submit information you are authorised to use.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application, Neon stores application data, Resend delivers transactional email, and Stripe handles subscription billing. Public wallet addresses are sent to Blockscout for EVM activity or TronGrid for Tron activity. CoinGecko supplies market prices. These providers process relevant data under their respective terms and privacy policies. Public blockchains and explorer records are outside our control.

Access and sharing

Workspace members can access records according to their assigned role. An authorised member can create an accountant link that exposes a fixed close package to anyone holding that link. Links expire after seven days and can be revoked earlier. We do not publicly publish workspace records.

Cookies and security

The application uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie for sign-in. Login links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. Sessions expire after 14 days. A preference cookie remembers your selected language. We use access controls and encrypted transport. No advertising analytics or nonessential tracking cookies are installed by this application.

Retention and requests

Business records remain available while your workspace is maintained, including after a plan downgrade. Session and expired login records are cleaned up regularly. Request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting us from your registered email. We may retain records where required for legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution or security.

Your choices

You choose which public wallets, counterparties and documents to add and whom to invite. Removing a member revokes their workspace access. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to a competent privacy authority.
