Terms of service

The service

Coinciliation is business software for observing stablecoin activity, organising documents, recording reconciliation decisions and preparing exports. It does not hold assets, store private keys, execute transfers, exchange currencies or provide investment, tax, legal or regulated financial advice.

Your account and records

You must be authorised to act for your company and to provide the records and wallet addresses you enter. Keep your email account secure, assign appropriate roles and review reconciliation decisions. You remain responsible for payment execution, accounting decisions and the accuracy of imported records.

Data and availability

Blockchain activity, balances and prices depend on external providers and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Source timestamps and missing information should be reviewed before acting. Suggestions and scenarios are operational aids and require human judgement. A close package is an evidence snapshot, not an audited financial statement.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plan limits are displayed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until cancelled through Stripe’s customer portal. Annual subscriptions charge ten times the monthly list price upfront. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Applicable charges and any taxes are presented at checkout. Contact support for billing disputes or refund requests; statutory rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not submit stolen credentials, private keys, malicious content or data you have no right to use. Do not try to access another workspace, evade plan limits, overload the service or use it for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted to protect the service or address misuse.

Exports and sharing

You retain rights to the business records you submit. Authorised workspace members may export or share records according to the chosen plan and assigned role. A shared accountant link must be handled as confidential information.

Changes and termination

Features and external integrations may evolve. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply to a subsequent billing period. You may stop using the service and request workspace deletion. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
